Check-in and check out: Check-in time is 1 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Late departure is subject to availability: until 2 pm $25.00; 2pm – 5pm half the nightly rate; full nightly rate after 5pm
Rates, and Taxes: Rates do not include 8.00% New York sales tax and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum stay: Minimum night stay maybe required. Details will be provided upon booking the reservation.
Deposits: A deposit equal to the first 1 night’s room and tax, or 50% of any stay longer than 4 nights is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will incur. Cancellations made within 14 days, a full rate will apply for the full period reserved.
Group Cancellations: Group reservations consisting of four (4) or more rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
Children: Children 10 and under are free.
Additional guests: There is a $25 nightly charge for any additional person over 10 years old
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated areas of the Inn. There will be a $50 fee to fumigate any rooms where guests have smoked.
